Its pretty easy. There are two ways you can do it- make a flat rectangle, sew it into a tube, and sinch one end of the tube. Or you can start by crocheting in the round and just decrease every now and then. Unless you use a pattern, its kind of a trial and error thing.

That is a link to the pattern I need. It is a very feminine stitch and i'd love to learn it.
